Quality is embedded in our work and in order to offer our clients this assurance of quality, we attained the ISO9001:2000 quality standard in December 2000. Regular internal and external audits take place to ensure that this standard is maintained.

The quality and standard of our employees is vital to the success of our business and to providing clients with a first class service. To underline this, we achieved Investors in People status in 2002 and have been successfully re-accredited since.

Environmental issues & Policy
The company’s ethos is one of sustainable development and it therefore actively encourages awareness amongst its staff of the environmental impacts of its work and any design decisions that could affect this.

Electricity Supply From a Green Supplier
Econnect obtains its UK electricity supplier from Good Energy with a track record of the greatest proportion of renewable energy supplied, click here to see the fuel mix.

Generating Our Own Green Energy
Econnect has a demonstration 670W PV generation plant at our UK offices, connected to the company's own private electricity network.

Energy Efficiency
Our UK main office is energy efficient with under-floor heating and condensing gas boilers with high efficiency and low C02 emissions.

Travel and Transport
The company encourages travel to work by foot, bicycle, and public transport, as well as the use of public transport for work visits and car sharing.

Shredding
A system for secure shredding and recycling all paper is in place.
